Yes. Our natural diamonds are ethically sourced and supplied with an independent grading report from the GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Every GIA-graded diamond carries a laser inscription on the girdle that matches its certificate.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds and offer more carat for your budget. Our lab-grown diamonds come with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) report so you know exactly what you are buying.

Only their origin. Natural diamonds formed in the earth over millions of years; lab-grown diamonds are created in a laboratory under the same conditions. Both are real diamonds and are graded on the same 4Cs – cut, colour, clarity and carat. A natural diamond holds rarity value; a lab-grown diamond gives you a larger or higher-quality stone for the same price. We are happy to show you both side by side.

Yes. We regularly set stones supplied by our clients and can redesign or remodel jewellery you already own.

We start with a conversation about the style, stones and budget you have in mind. Our designer prepares sketches or a 3D render for your approval, we source the stones, and our craftsmen make the piece by hand in our Hatton Garden workshop. You are welcome to see the work in progress.

Typically three to six weeks from approved design, depending on complexity and stone sourcing. If you have a date in mind – a proposal, a wedding, an anniversary – tell us and we will plan around it.

Yes. Ring resizing, stone replacement, re-tipping claws, polishing and rhodium plating are all done in our own workshop.

Yes – see our Delivery Policy. Most clients prefer to collect from the showroom so we can check the fit and finish together.

Prices shown on the website are guide prices. Because most pieces are made to order, we confirm the final price with you before any work begins.

Yes. Every piece we make can be supplied with a written valuation for insurance purposes.
